You can use the Mainline Sportswear website to make an order by using any of the following functions:

Use the products menu to view the categories of items we stock
Add to cart
Choose the size, colour and quantity of the item you require and select add to cart. Indicate whether you would like the items branded or not.
The shopping cart item on the top right of the screen will show you how many items you’ve added so far.
On your Cart you will be able to capture an order note which you may use to tell us something about your order, should you wish to do so
Review Cart
Make sure you’ve got everything you want in your cart. If you need to remove an item, click the ‘Remove’ button next to it. You can also change the quantity of each item that you have added to your cart, on your cart screen.
Once you’re happy, click on “Checkout”.
Open an account or login into your existing account.
You will need to open an account if you are a new customer to be able to proceed to Checkout. Please note that we require a physical delivery address, not a Postal Address. Please ensure your cellphone number and address is correct.

Pay Now with Instant EFT
Ozow Instant EFT offers customers a cash-free, card-free, and instant payment method when making online purchases. Accounts can be paid instantly with any form of bank account such as a savings account, credit card account and cheque account. Customers can log in to their internet banking application to make an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) that is instantly verified.
HOW DOES INSTANT EFT WORK WITH NETCASH?
Step 1
Customers will be required to select Ozow as their payment option when shopping online or in-store.
Step 2
Customers can select your bank. We have all 10 of South Africa’s major banks available to choose from.
Step 3
Customers will be required to log in and select the account which they would like to pay from.
Step 4
A two-factor authentication request will be sent to the customer from their bank, once accepted payment will be successful.

HOW DO CREDIT CARDS WORK?
When checking out on a website, customers are required to enter their credit card details. Should the bank require authentication for the transaction, the 3D Secure page will pop on the customer’s screen. The customer will need to authenticate the transaction with their bank by using the one-time PIN (OTP) sent or via authentication in their banking application. If 3D Secure 2 is in use, then the cardholder won’t need to verify the payment. Payment will then be processed.

Customers have the option to create a payment plan spread over 6 weeks at 0% interest.
Pay Now with Bank EFT
Bank Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is a secure and efficient electronic payment method that allows payments directly from customers’ bank accounts.
Once you have selected your payment method, Click on “Complete Order”.
If you have chosen to pay by credit card you will be redirected to the Payfast website where you will be prompted to complete your purchase. If you have chosen to pay by EFT, your order will be completed and banking details will be emailed to you.
Confirmation
Once you have processed your order and the payment was successful, you will receive an email to confirm your order. Your package should reach you in the specified time after payment has been made.
You will also be able to track track your order on your account.

Our Custom made products are based on a quotation first order process.
1. Request a Quotation via the website or direct Email
Complete the Enquiry form on the website or Email us the following information to sales@mainlinesportswear.co.za. Send as much information as you can:
Your team name, colour, logos, and design ideas for your Teamwear. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10 units per style (mixed sizing), with the same fit (unisex or ladies) and using the same design.
2. Quotation
We will send you a quotation for the items requested
3. Deposit Payment:
A 50% deposit is needed to secure your order.
4. Design and sign-off
Once a deposit has been received and final design has been signed-off we’ll start with the manufacturing process.
5. Final payment
The final payment is payable before delivery of your order
6. Receiving your order
Typically with sublimation products you will receive your order 4-6 weeks after the order has been finalized. Some items can be made in less than 2 weeks. Please enquire for more details.
Orders manufactured not inhouse gets delivered to us first so we can do a quality check to make sure all your items have arrived. Once we are happy we’ll dispatch your order to your supplied delivery address.
